JOB DESCRIPTIONÂ
Your responsibilities as an Auto Detailer include washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge. You ensure that all rental vehicles, ranging from trucks to vans and cars of various sizes, are safe and spotless.
- Endeavor to improve job performance by self-evaluation, skill improvement, training, and goal planning.
- Maintain consistent and dependable attendance and timeliness.
- Perform a variety of job-related tasks accordingly.
- Clean and sanitize the vehicle interior in accordance with the Complete Clean Pledge guidelines.
- Vacuum and prepare the interior of the vehicle in accordance with the Complete Clean Pledge demands.
- Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior – this may include vehicles of various sizes, as well as vans and lorries.
- Examine the fuel level and any warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore car settings to erase prior customer data; check for customer things and place anything of value in Lost & Found; Check that the registration is current and that it matches the license plate.
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth Check the vehicle’s exterior for damage.
- Vehicle fueling and staging.
- Inspect the car for any safety issues. report any indicators lights,  if necessary, remove the vehicle from the prep process.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment and reports any unsafe or hazardous circumstances.
- Responsible for wearing suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization materials are accessible.
- When needed, assists consumers. Customers may be transported to and from branches.
- Assists with the maintenance of overall site appearance, including general cleaning of branch locations’ interiors and exteriors.
- Desktops, counters, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other minor duties linked to the everyday cleanliness of the branch location.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- You should posses a valid G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving offenses and or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last three years.
- There should be no drug or alcohol-related driving convictions in the last 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work sponsorship from the organization for this position now or in the future.
- To help customers, you must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Aside from religious observances, you must be able to work the following schedule(s):Monday 8am-5:30pm, Tuesday 8am-5:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-5:30pm, Thursday 8am-5:30pm, and Friday 8am-5:30pm respectively.
