FAQs About KLU Merit-Based Masters

1) Does the tuition cost reduce if they teach some courses online?

Their tuition costs are based on the quality of instruction and education we provide at our university. The same teachers teach online courses as on-campus courses, and credit-bearing courses have the same structure as before. This means the costs stay the same.

2) Does the pandemic affect the study?

Tutoring takes place at the school. Only if there are restrictions because of a pandemic will they use online or hybrid formats. Those who can’t start their studies at the start of the semester, or only to a limited extent, in Hamburg will be able to join the events and courses online, as they did in 2021.

3) What do I do if I can’t submit all the required documents before the university closes?

Do your best to fill out your application as well as you can and attach all the documents you already have. In this case, they’ll see if we can look at your application with the documents you can give them at this point. If we can’t move forward with your application because they need more documents, their Office of Admissions will contact you.

4) Will the pandemic affect my visa application?

The visa permit application process has not changed because of the coronavirus outbreak in the United States. To get a visa to study in Germany, you’ll get a letter from KLU with your admission kit. This letter tells you how to get a visa. You should start the process right away. If you can’t get a student visa and you can’t travel, you can still start your studies at KLU while you’re still at home, so you can still go to school there. If you want to move to the U.S., you should keep an eye on things in your home country and start the visa process as soon as it is possible again.

5) Can my admission be deferred to the following year due to the pandemic?

KLU understands how difficult it is for students who want to study abroad in these very special times. So, if you’ve already signed the study agreement and paid the deposit, you can put off your admission until the next intake. They will keep your place in class for you, so you don’t have to apply again.
