- Perform manual labor outside by raking, lifting, and transporting boards to help maintain the site presentable.
- Make your way through the manufacturing facility’s job duties, paying attention to accuracy and precision.
- Workers must demonstrate persistence both mentally and physically, as well as situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Must be able to  handle mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and conveyor belts.
- Must follow the timetable to ensure timely manufacturing.
- Assist in creating a secure workplace for clients, associates, and site visitors.
- Making effective use of your intrapersonal skills and knowledge to assess, troubleshoot, and communicate with the leaders of the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prioritize safety in all that you do.
- Be safety conscious.
- Physical Durability: Engage in prolonged durations of repetitive, manual labor, such as timber piling, standing, walking, shoveling, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Machinery Exposure: Although not required, prior experience with machinery is beneficial.
- Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills are necessary for working together in teams.
