1) How much do I need at Bayreuth?
You’ll need roughly 10 Euros per day for eating. Expect to spend between 5 and 25 € every week, depending on the sights and museums you visit. City trips cost roughly 20-30 € and are scheduled simultaneously as the registration.
2) Does the university offer grants?
The Bayreuth Summer University does not provide financial assistance. However, you can apply for a grant through the DAAD, BAYHOST, or BTHA. 3) Will I get a refund if they deny my visa?
For a proper cancellation to happen until June 30, you have to do it before then. Those who want to leave the class before June 30th will get their money back. They will charge a cancellation fee of 100 €. The total cost must be paid when you get your money back after June 30. Special rules apply to tests that they have booked. People who withdraw after June 30th will not get the money for the accommodations they booked, even if they don’t want to go.
