Warehouse Worker coordinates incoming shipments, processes documents verifying product and quantities; storing, rotating, monitoring and counting inventory; organizing and maintaining the warehouse, yard and store and helping out in the store as needed. Must be able to lift 25 kg bags of feed and perform other duties as required.

WAREHOUSE WORKER, Trouw Nutrition is looking to add a Warehouse Worker to our team on a temporary basis in Chilliwack.

- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse, yard, and store, as well as providing assistance in the store as needed.
- Coordinating incoming shipments, processing documentation, confirming product and quantity, storing, rotating, monitoring, and counting inventory.
- It’s possible to cross-train the position for the tills. The applicant is also accountable for adhering to all safety rules and guidelines relevant to the job.
Job Requirements
- 12th grade or above
- Forklift driving experience and at least 2-3 years of work in a warehouse, farm, mill, or greenhouse are preferred.
- strong ability to solve problems and make decisions collaboration
- Effective verbal and writing communication abilities, and high learning ability
- Ability to frequently stoop, twist, and occasionally lift 25 kg capacity for prolonged standing
- Not sensitive to hay, straw, dust, or feed grains frequently exposed to obtrusive noise, loud noise levels, and dirty, hot, or cold surroundings.
