Job Description
Housekeeping Aide as a unit of the Environmental Services team works with the hospital staff to protect the safety of employees, patients, and visitors by implementing thorough medical cleaning and disinfection practices. They clean and disinfect various places, such as as patient care rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas, while collaborating with infection control and patient care teams.
- The damp dusting.
- Dry and wet mopping of floors.
- Floor maintenance and refinishing using appropriate equipment.
- Cleaning and disinfecting ceiling, wall, vent, washroom, bed, furniture, and equipment
- It also include regular and biomedical waste collection and removal
- Spill clean-up, bed-making, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and routines highlighted.
Job Requirements.
